The Avant Tecno KTM rider suffered a fall when and another rider touched before completing the first lap of the Czech Republic Grand Prix.
The weekend finished for Niklas Ajo in Brno earlier than he was hoping for. The Finn from the Avant Tecno KTM team, who started from the twentieth on grid, was frustrated that his race ended in Turn 4 of the first lap after coming together with another rider. Despite suffering no injuries, the young rider could not rejoin the race.
With this disappointing end, the Avant Tecno KTM rider finished one of the toughest weekends of the season. But Niklas already has his thoughts turned toward the coming weekend, when the Silverstone circuit will host the British Grand Prix.
After ten races including this one, the young Finn is now fourteenth place in the overall standings with 37 points.

”This has been one of the worst weekends of my life. Since the first day in Brno we’ve struggled with the set-up of the bike. Although in the first practice sessions we had some quick laps and pretty good times, the feelings on the bike in general haven’t been anything great. We managed to find a good set-up to do a decent job this weekend. Although the team has worked very hard, it did not go well. During the race, in the first lap in turn four, another rider came from behind and hit me.”
